Steel
Structures.
Warehouses, mezzanines, canopies, trusses, multi-storey frames — structural steel fabricated from engineered drawings, not site improvisation. Every connection designed. Every member sized. Every project delivered on a fixed-price quote.
What we build
in structural steel.
Warehouse & Factory Structures
Clear-span trusses up to 30m+. Portal frames, braced frames, and pre-engineered configurations for industrial buildings.
Mezzanine Floors
Additional floor area within existing buildings. Designed for specified load capacity — storage, office, or industrial use.
Canopies & Porticos
Entrance canopies, parking shelters, loading bay covers. Cantilevered or column-supported, designed for wind and rain loads.
Roof Structures & Trusses
Steel trusses for residential, commercial, and industrial roofing. Paired with metal sheet, polycarbonate, or glass roofing.
Multi-Storey Steel Frames
Steel skeletal frames for buildings — columns, beams, bracings, floor systems. Faster erection than RCC for many applications.
Platforms & Walkways
Industrial platforms, access walkways, tank platforms, equipment supports. Designed for specified live loads with handrails and gratings.
How every steel structure
gets delivered.
Site Survey & Assessment
We visit the site, take measurements, assess foundation conditions, access constraints, and load requirements. For roofing and canopy projects, we check wind exposure and drainage.
Engineering & Shop Drawings
Detailed shop drawings with every dimension, connection detail, material grade, and surface treatment. Load calculations certified to IS 800 / IS 875. Foundation recommendations included.
Fixed-Price Quotation
Line-item cost breakdown — steel weight, section sizes, fabrication, surface treatment, transport, and installation. The total holds. No mid-project escalations.
Material Procurement
Branded steel from Tata, Jindal, SAIL, or Essar. Mill test certificates shared before fabrication. No substitution.
Factory Fabrication
CNC cutting, fit-up, welding by certified welders, surface preparation (sandblasting), primer and topcoat application. Quality documented at every stage.
Site Installation & Handover
Our team installs — the people who fabricated it. Crane operations, erection, bolting, alignment, finishing. Punchlist rectified before handover. As-built drawings and mill certificates delivered.
Technical
details.
Every specification is documented in your shop drawings before fabrication begins. Nothing is assumed.
Common
questions.
What steel grades do you use?
IS 2062 E250 for standard structural work and E350 for high-strength applications. All steel is procured from branded mills — Tata, Jindal, SAIL, Essar — with mill test certificates documenting grade, batch, and mechanical properties.
How are connections designed — bolted or welded?
Both. We design connections based on load requirements, site conditions, and erection methodology. Standard connections use grade 8.8 bolts. High-strength friction grip (HSFG) bolts for critical structural connections. Site welding where bolting isn't practical. Every connection is detailed in the shop drawings.
Do you handle foundation design?
We provide foundation load data and anchor bolt layouts. Foundation design and construction is typically handled by the civil contractor. We coordinate with them to ensure the foundation matches our steel design — bolt positions, base plate sizes, and load distribution.
What span can you achieve without intermediate columns?
Standard truss configurations handle clear spans up to 18-20m. Larger spans up to 30m+ are achievable with deeper trusses or lattice girder designs. Span capability depends on loading, height, and wind conditions — we engineer each project specifically.
What surface treatment do you apply?
Standard treatment is sandblasting to SA 2.5, zinc-rich primer, and polyurethane or epoxy topcoat. For corrosive environments, we specify hot-dip galvanizing. Coating system is documented in the shop drawings with DFT (dry film thickness) targets.
What if something fails after installation?
Structural failures are rare when engineering and execution are done correctly. If a joint shows cracks, a coating fails prematurely, or an anchor loosens — we investigate and rectify. For coating issues, manufacturer warranties apply and we help you claim them. For execution defects attributable to our work, we rectify at our cost. Documented clearly in the project handover.
