Laser-Cut
Jaali.
Precision CNC laser-cut decorative screens, facades, and partitions — any pattern, any complexity. From geometric Islamic motifs to organic flowing forms, cut with ±0.1mm accuracy in MS, SS, aluminium, or Corten steel.
Where laser-cut jaali
transforms spaces.
Building Facade Cladding
Exterior screen panels that transform plain facades into architectural statements. Pattern density controls light, ventilation, and privacy. Designed for wind load and thermal expansion.
Interior Partition Screens
Room dividers and decorative panels that separate spaces without blocking light or air. Freestanding, ceiling-hung, or wall-mounted configurations.
Ceiling Decorative Panels
Mandala, geometric, and organic patterns laser-cut into ceiling panels. Creates dramatic shadow play with uplighting. Lightweight aluminium preferred for ceiling applications.
Gates & Privacy Screens
Compound wall gates, balcony privacy screens, and terrace railings with laser-cut patterns. Combines security with aesthetics. MS with powder coat for outdoor durability.

Pattern & Design Finalization
Share your pattern — architect drawing, DXF file, image reference, or choose from our library. We convert it into a production-ready vector file with correct bridge widths and structural integrity checks.
Material & Finish Selection
Choose from MS, SS 304/316, aluminium, or Corten steel. Pick thickness based on panel size and application. Surface finish options: powder coating (RAL shades), zinc plating, PVD coating, or raw mill finish.
Shop Drawings & Fixed Quote
Detailed panel drawings with dimensions, pattern layout, mounting hole positions, and finish specs. Fixed-price quotation — per panel and total project cost. No surprises after approval.
CNC Laser Cutting
High-precision fiber laser cutting on automated CNC beds. Tolerances within ±0.1mm. Clean edges, no burrs, no heat distortion on thin sections. Every panel inspected before moving to finishing.
Surface Treatment & Finishing
Degreasing, surface prep, and application of specified finish. Powder coat cured at 200°C for durability. PVD coating for premium metallic finishes. Each panel quality-checked for colour consistency.
Packing & Delivery / Installation
Panels packed with EPE foam separators to prevent scratches. Delivered to site or installed by our team with concealed mounting hardware. Alignment checked, gaps verified, handover completed.
Technical
details.
Every panel specification is documented in your shop drawings before cutting begins. Material, thickness, pattern, finish — nothing assumed.
Common
questions.
What patterns can be laser-cut?
Virtually any 2D pattern — geometric, floral, Islamic, mandala, abstract, organic, text-based, or custom artwork. The only constraint is minimum bridge width (the solid material between cuts). For most thicknesses, we maintain a minimum bridge of 2mm to ensure structural integrity. If you have a reference image, we convert it into a cuttable vector file. If you have a DXF or AI file, we can use it directly after a production-readiness check.
Which materials work best for jaali panels?
Mild steel (MS) is the most common choice — affordable, strong, takes powder coating well. SS 304 for moisture-prone areas (bathrooms, outdoor coastal). SS 316 for highly corrosive environments. Aluminium for lightweight ceiling panels and where weight is a constraint. Corten steel for that pre-rusted weathering look in architectural features. Material choice depends on application, budget, and environment.
What is the maximum panel size you can cut?
Our CNC laser beds handle sheets up to 2500mm x 1250mm (8ft x 4ft) in a single piece. For larger installations, we split the design across multiple panels with matched joints — alignment is maintained through CNC precision and mounting hardware design. The joint lines can be designed to align with the pattern so they become invisible after installation.
How is installation handled?
We provide concealed mounting hardware — Z-brackets, L-angles, or channel frames depending on the application. For facade cladding, we design a sub-frame with thermal expansion gaps. For partitions, floor channels and ceiling tracks. For ceiling panels, threaded rod suspension or T-bar grid integration. We can install ourselves or provide detailed installation drawings for your contractor.
What factors affect the cost of laser-cut jaali?
Five main factors: (1) Material type and thickness — SS costs more than MS, thicker sheets cost more per cut. (2) Pattern complexity — denser patterns with more cuts take longer machine time. (3) Panel size and quantity — larger batches reduce per-panel cost. (4) Surface finish — PVD coating costs more than standard powder coat. (5) Installation complexity — height, access, sub-frame requirements. We provide a detailed line-item breakdown so you know exactly what drives the cost.
What is the typical turnaround time?
For standard projects (up to 20 panels, pattern finalized): 7-10 working days from approval to delivery. This includes 1-2 days for production file preparation, 2-3 days for cutting, 3-4 days for surface treatment (powder coat curing needs time), and 1 day for QC and packing. Rush orders are possible for smaller quantities — discuss timelines upfront. Complex projects with multiple patterns or large quantities take 15-20 days.
