We use only branded steel from mills we know and trust — Tata, Jindal, SAIL, Essar. No substitution. Every batch arrives with a mill test certificate. Every coating system is specified, documented, and warranted. Full traceability from stockyard to site.

Three material families cover 95% of our work. Each one sourced from branded manufacturers with documented grade verification.
Structural Steel
IS 2062 E250 / E350Hot-rolled sections, plates, and hollow sections from Tata Steel, Jindal, SAIL, and Essar. Every batch arrives with a mill test certificate verifying chemical composition and mechanical properties.
Stainless Steel
SS 304 / SS 316Austenitic grades for railings, cladding, handrails, and any application where corrosion resistance is non-negotiable. SS 316 specified for coastal and chemical environments.
Aluminium
Hindalco / Jindal AluminiumExtruded and sheet aluminium for lightweight facades, louvers, signage, and architectural cladding. One-third the weight of steel with excellent corrosion resistance out of the box.
Protection that
outlasts the structure.
Coating systems are specified upfront — not decided by the painter on the day. Every layer has a target DFT, every system has a manufacturer warranty.
Sandblasting
SA 2.5 near-white finishAbrasive blasting to SA 2.5 standard removes mill scale, rust, and contaminants — creating the surface profile coatings need to bond properly. No shortcuts with wire brushing.
Powder Coating
Electrostatic application, 200°C cureElectrostatically applied dry powder, oven-cured at 200°C for a hard, chip-resistant finish. Full RAL colour range available. Uniform thickness, no drips, no solvent emissions.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Zinc immersion, 7–15 year protectionFull immersion in molten zinc at 450°C. Coats inside hollow sections, cut edges, and welds uniformly. The standard for outdoor structural steel that needs to last without repainting.
PU & Epoxy Paint
Multi-coat industrial systemsZinc phosphate primer, epoxy intermediate coat, polyurethane topcoat. Specified with DFT targets for each layer. The coating system industrial and marine environments demand.

PVD Coating
Brass, copper & rose gold effectsPhysical vapour deposition for metallic finishes on stainless steel — brass, copper, rose gold, black titanium. Hardness exceeds electroplating. Used in premium interiors, signage, and furniture.
Wood-Grain Laminate
On MS & aluminium substratesHeat-transfer laminate film bonded to mild steel or aluminium profiles. Delivers the look of timber with the structural performance and lifespan of metal. Ideal for gates, pergolas, and cladding.
Corten Steel
Weathering finish, zero maintenanceSelf-passivating steel that forms a stable rust-coloured patina over 6–12 months. No painting, no recoating, no maintenance. Used for feature walls, planters, cladding, and sculptural elements.

If the spec says Tata IS 2062 E350, that is what gets fabricated. If our stockyard doesn't have it, we wait. We don't swap grades, swap mills, or hope the client doesn't notice.
Every consignment of steel arrives with a mill test certificate documenting chemical composition and mechanical properties. These certificates are filed with your project documentation and available on request.
Powder coating warranties, galvanizing thickness guarantees, PVD coating certifications — every manufacturer warranty is documented and passed through to you as part of project handover.
