How quickly can a site office be delivered?
A standard small unit (basic tier) can be fabricated and delivered within 10-15 working days. Medium and large units take 15-25 days depending on the finish tier. Premium and executive tiers require additional time for cladding, glass, and custom finishes.
What's included in a rental?
Rental includes delivery, installation, and removal at the end of your project. Electrical wiring, AC provision, and basic furniture layout are included. You handle the AC unit, furniture, and site-level electrical connection. Monthly and project-duration rates are available.
How does pricing compare to container offices?
Our site offices deliver similar or better build quality at significantly lower cost than modified shipping containers. The MS frame + insulated panel construction is purpose-built for site use — lighter, easier to transport, and faster to install. Premium and executive tiers match custom container offices on finish quality.
Can the office be relocated?
Yes. All units are designed for disassembly and relocation. The MS frame bolts together, panels are modular, and electrical is plug-and-play. Relocation typically takes 1-2 days including transport.
What foundation is needed?
A level, compacted surface is sufficient. For longer-term setups, we recommend a simple plinth or levelling pad. No RCC foundation needed — the units are self-supporting on their steel frame.
Can you add custom branding?
Yes. The executive tier includes your project logo, developer name, and colour scheme on the exterior. Glass facades, premium interiors, and architectural detailing are available for apartment sales offices and showroom-style installations.
