Industrial Signage &
Display.
Large-format display structures, hoarding frames, signage mounts, and branded installations — engineered for wind loads, visibility, and long-term outdoor durability. From highway unipoles to exhibition backdrops, every structure is designed to specification.
Where signage structures
are needed.
Highway & Road Signage
Large hoarding structures from 20x10 ft to 40x20 ft, unipole signs up to 40 ft height, and gantry signs spanning multi-lane roads. Designed for IS 875 wind zones with galvanized steel frames and bolted connections for maintenance access.
Building-Mounted Signage
Facade-mounted brand signage frames, channel letter support structures, and rooftop sign pylons. Engineered mounting brackets distribute load across building structure without compromising waterproofing. MS frames with hot-dip galvanizing for long-term durability.
Construction Site Hoardings
Branded site boundary boards for real estate projects, infrastructure sites, and commercial developments. Modular MS frames with corrugated or ACP panel cladding. Standard 8 ft and 10 ft heights with integrated gate sections and viewing windows.
Exhibition & Event Structures
Temporary and semi-permanent display frames for trade shows, product launches, and outdoor events. Lightweight MS tube frames with quick-connect joints for rapid assembly and disassembly. Backdrop structures, stage elements, and branded archways up to 6m span.
How every signage structure
gets delivered.
Site Survey & Requirements
We assess the installation location — ground conditions, building facade, or roadside terrain. Wind exposure, visibility angles, and local authority signage regulations are documented before any design begins.
Structural Design & Wind Load Analysis
The signage structure is engineered for the specific wind zone (as per IS 875 Part 3). Member sizes, base plate thickness, anchor bolt patterns, and foundation depth are calculated for the actual sign area and height.
Shop Drawings & Fixed-Price Quote
Detailed fabrication drawings showing every member, connection detail, panel fixing method, and foundation plan. You receive a fixed-price quotation covering fabrication, surface treatment, and installation.
Material Sourcing & Cutting
MS structural sections, plates, and pipes sourced from certified stockists with mill test certificates. CNC plasma or laser cutting for precision gusset plates, base plates, and mounting brackets.
Factory Fabrication & Surface Treatment
Welding, grinding, and assembly in our workshop. Trial-fit of all components before dispatch. Hot-dip galvanizing or primer + powder coat applied as specified.
Foundation, Erection & Handover
Foundation poured per structural drawing. Structure erected with crane or manual rigging depending on height and weight. Panels mounted, levelled, and secured. As-built documentation provided on handover.
Technical
details.
Every signage structure is engineered for its specific wind zone, sign area, and mounting condition. Shop drawings lock in all dimensions before fabrication begins.
Common
questions.
What is the maximum height for a freestanding signage structure?
We fabricate freestanding unipole and bipole signage structures up to 40 ft (12m) height. Structures above 20 ft require engineered foundations — typically RCC pedestals or pile foundations depending on soil conditions. Every structure above 6m is designed by a licensed structural engineer with wind load calculations per IS 875 Part 3.
Do you handle municipal permissions and approvals?
We provide the structural drawings, wind load calculations, and engineering certificates needed for municipal signage approvals. The actual permission application is handled by the client or their liaison agent, but we support with all technical documentation required by local authorities.
What materials do you use for outdoor signage structures?
Primary structural members are MS (IS 2062 Grade E250) — angle iron, channel, tube, and pipe sections. For coastal or high-corrosion environments, we use hot-dip galvanized MS or SS 304. Panel substrates include ACP (aluminium composite panel), galvanized sheet, and perforated metal. All outdoor structures receive either hot-dip galvanizing or a zinc primer + polyurethane paint system.
Can you fabricate structures for backlit and LED signage?
Yes. We design frames with integrated cable routing channels, transformer mounting brackets, and ventilation provisions for LED and backlit signage. The structural frame accounts for the additional weight of lighting equipment, transformers, and wiring. Access panels are included for maintenance.
How long does fabrication and installation take for a standard hoarding?
A standard site hoarding (50-100 running metres, 8 ft height) takes 2-3 weeks from drawing approval to installation. Large highway hoardings and unipoles take 3-4 weeks including foundation work. Exhibition and event structures with modular designs can be fabricated in 10-14 days for repeat orders.
