We survey the terrace, garden, or outdoor area. Measure clear spans, check floor/wall anchoring points, assess wind exposure, drainage slope, and overhead clearance. Photographs and a site sketch are shared within 24 hours.
Design & 3D Visualisation
A layout drawing and 3D render showing your pergola in context — column positions, beam lines, roof type, and colour finish. Revisions until you approve. No fabrication starts without a signed-off drawing.
Fixed-Price Quotation
Line-item cost breakdown — material (steel, aluminium, or composite), roof panels, surface finish, transport, and installation. The price holds. No surprise extras after approval.
Material Sourcing
MS sections from Tata/Jindal, SS 304/316 from branded mills, aluminium extrusions from Hindalco/Jindal. Roof panels sourced from approved manufacturers with UV and weather warranties.
Factory Fabrication
CNC cutting, welding, grinding, and surface finishing in our workshop. Powder coating or wood-grain laminate applied in controlled conditions for a flawless finish. Every joint inspected before dispatch.
Installation & Handover
Our own crew installs on site. Column base plates anchored, beams bolted or welded, roof panels fitted, drainage checked. Final cleanup and walkthrough before handover. Warranty card issued.

What material is best for a pergola — MS, SS, or aluminium?
It depends on location and budget. Mild steel (MS) with powder coating is the most cost-effective and suits most residential terraces and gardens. Stainless steel (SS 304/316) is ideal for coastal or poolside locations where corrosion resistance matters. Aluminium is lightweight, rust-proof, and works well for louvered or motorised roof systems. We recommend the right material after assessing your site.
Can you match a wood-grain or timber finish on steel?
Yes. We apply sublimation-transfer wood-grain laminates on MS and aluminium sections. The finish looks and feels like natural wood but requires zero maintenance — no termites, no warping, no re-staining. Multiple wood tones available: teak, walnut, oak, rosewood.
How long does a pergola installation take?
A standard residential pergola (up to 20 sqm) takes 10-14 days from approval to installation. Larger commercial pergolas or louvered roof systems take 3-4 weeks. Fabrication happens in our workshop; site installation is typically completed in 1-2 days.
Do pergolas need building permission?
In most Indian cities, a pergola on a private terrace or garden does not require separate building permission if it is an open structure (no walls) and within setback limits. Enclosed or glass-roofed structures in commercial properties may need approval. We advise checking with your local municipal body. We can provide structural drawings if your authority requires them.
What roof options are available?
Five main options: (1) Open rafters with no roof — just shade from the beams and optional creeper wires. (2) Polycarbonate sheets — UV-protected, translucent, budget-friendly. (3) Toughened glass — full rain protection with natural light. (4) Motorised louvered blades — open and close with weather. (5) Retractable fabric — PVC-coated waterproof fabric that retracts when not needed.
What warranty do you provide?
Structure: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects in welding and joints. Powder coating: 5-year warranty against peeling, fading, or chalking under normal use. Louvered roof motors carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 5 years). Polycarbonate sheets carry a 10-year UV warranty from the sheet manufacturer. All warranties are documented at handover.
