Gates &
Fencing.
Sliding gates, swing gates, and fully automatic entry systems for residential and commercial properties — plus compound walls and construction site fencing up to 20ft. Every gate is engineered for smooth operation, security, and long-term durability in Indian weather conditions.
Where gates & fencing
get installed.
Residential Gates
Sliding and swing gates for villas, independent houses, and gated plots. Mild steel or stainless steel frames with sheet infill, vertical tube patterns, or laser-cut decorative panels. Automation-ready from day one.
Commercial & Security Gates
Heavy-duty sliding gates up to 6m span for warehouses, logistics parks, and gated communities. Cantilever or ground-track systems with crash-rated options. Integrated with boom barriers and access control systems.
Construction Site Fencing
Temporary and permanent site boundary fencing up to 20ft height. Chain-link, welded mesh, or corrugated sheet panels on MS angle/pipe posts. Quick-deploy modular systems for active construction sites with safety signage brackets.
Decorative Gates with Laser-Cut Panels
Premium residential and boutique commercial gates featuring CNC laser-cut patterns in 2-3mm MS sheet. Geometric, floral, or custom artwork designs backed with frosted glass or perforated mesh for privacy. Powder coated in any RAL shade.
How every gate & fence
gets delivered.
Site Survey & Access Assessment
We measure the gate opening width, ground level, slope conditions, boundary wall positions, and electrical supply location. For sliding gates we check track-run clearance; for swing gates we verify arc clearance.
Design & Engineering
Gate type selection (sliding, swing, or bi-fold), panel layout, frame sizing, roller/hinge specification, and automation compatibility. Site fencing gets post spacing, bracing, and height calculations.
Fixed-Price Quotation
Detailed line-item quote covering materials, fabrication, surface treatment, automation hardware (if applicable), transport, and installation. No hidden costs, no revision charges on approved drawings.
Fabrication
Frames welded from structural sections (MS box/pipe per IS 4923). Infill panels — sheet, tube, laser-cut patterns, or louvres — fitted and ground smooth. Complete gate trial-assembled on shop floor before finishing.
Installation & Automation
Foundation for track/posts prepared, gate hung and aligned, automation motor mounted and programmed. Safety sensors, remote controls, and manual override tested. Fencing posts concreted and panels bolted in sequence.
Handover & Warranty
Full operational demonstration, remote handover, maintenance guide, and warranty documentation. Powder coat carries 3-year warranty; galvanized finish carries 7-year corrosion warranty.
Technical
details.
Every gate dimension, material grade, and finish option is locked in shop drawings before fabrication starts. No guesswork, no site improvisations.
Common
questions.
How quickly can you deliver site fencing?
Standard site fencing (chain-link or welded mesh on MS angle posts) is delivered in 5-7 working days from order confirmation. We keep common post sizes and mesh rolls in stock. For longer boundary runs exceeding 200m, allow 10-12 days for fabrication and phased installation.
What is the difference between galvanized and powder-coated finish?
Galvanized (hot-dip zinc coating) provides 7+ years of corrosion resistance and is ideal for site fencing, coastal areas, and gates exposed to rain without shelter. Powder coating gives a cleaner colour finish with 3-year warranty — better for residential and decorative gates where aesthetics matter. For best of both, we can galvanize first and powder coat on top.
Can you integrate automation with existing gates?
Yes. We retrofit automation motors (sliding rack-and-pinion or swing arm) onto existing gates provided the frame is structurally sound and properly aligned. We assess the gate weight, check the track/hinge condition, and recommend a compatible motor brand (Nice, FAAC, or BFT). Wiring, safety sensors, and remote programming included.
Do you fabricate heavy-rail industrial gates?
Yes. For industrial and warehouse openings beyond 6m, we fabricate heavy-rail sliding gates with I-beam bottom rails, heavy-duty trolley wheels, and structural tube frames. These gates handle wind loads and frequent daily cycling. Cantilever designs available where a ground track is not feasible.
Can I get a fully custom design for my gate?
Absolutely. We work from architect drawings, reference images, or your own sketches. Our design team produces a scaled elevation drawing for approval before fabrication begins. Laser-cut patterns, mixed-material combinations (wood + steel, glass + steel), and custom RAL colours are all available at quoted prices.
Can you replace my existing gate without changing the pillars?
In most cases, yes. We survey the existing pillar width, depth, and condition. New gate leaves are fabricated to fit the existing opening and hinge/track positions. If pillar reinforcement is needed (common with heavier replacement gates), we quote that separately. The old gate is removed and new one installed in a single day for standard sizes.
