Born from
a collapsed pour.
In October 2020, I was building a 6,000 sqft restaurant in Bangalore. The first fabricator took three months for half the job — irregular team, unknown materials, no drawings. During a concrete pour, the C-channels started visibly sagging. Standard RMC had been poured on steel sized for lightweight concrete. Nobody had specified the difference.
The second fabricator completed the remaining 3,000 sqft in 25 days, then did an additional 3,000 sqft of roof work in 20 days. With one person and a crane. Same price. Completely different method.

We advise beyond just the steel — foundations, finishes, coordination with other trades. Nobody should discover problems during installation.

How we got
here.
Saw it firsthand — twice
