You walk away with clarity on what's feasible, what materials suit your project, and a rough scope of work — before any commitment.
Our team prepares detailed shop drawings — every dimension, connection detail, material grade, and surface treatment documented. For structural projects, load calculations and foundation recommendations are included.
You receive drawings to review and approve. Nothing is fabricated until you sign off.
You receive a transparent, line-item cost breakdown — material (with grade and weight), labour, surface treatment, transport, and installation. The total is fixed. No hidden costs, no mid-project escalations.
If the scope changes later, we document the change in a written change order before any additional cost is incurred. You decide, not us.
Steel is procured from branded mills — Tata, Jindal, SAIL, Essar. Mill test certificates are shared with you before fabrication begins. No substitution. No mystery metal.
You know exactly what's going into your structure, traceable to batch and mill.
Cutting, welding, and assembly happen in our workshop under controlled conditions. Certified welders execute every joint. Quality checks are documented at each stage — fit-up, welding, surface prep, coating.
You get progress updates via your dedicated project tracking link. Photos, milestones, status — always visible.
The same team that fabricated your structure installs it on site. No subcontracted crew, no knowledge gap. A dedicated project manager oversees erection, alignment, connections, and final finishing.
Transport, crane operations, and site coordination are all managed by us.
Final inspection against the approved shop drawings. Every dimension checked. Every weld inspected. Every finish verified. Any defects go on a punchlist and are rectified before we call the project complete.
We don't consider a project done until you sign off on the punchlist.
You receive a complete documentation package — as-built drawings, mill test certificates, weld records, coating specifications, and manufacturer warranties on finishes and membranes.
Your project manager remains reachable for technical queries and future consultation. The relationship doesn't end at handover.
