Fabrication
Steel frames cut, welded, and assembled in our workshop. Every piece trial-fitted before finishing. CNC cutting for precision on repetitive elements like shelving brackets and counter frames.
Finishing & Assembly
Powder coating, PU painting, or SS polishing completed in controlled conditions. Top surfaces — stone, solid surface, wood, or glass — fitted and aligned. Hardware and fittings installed.
Delivery & Installation
Finished units delivered to site, positioned, levelled, and anchored. We coordinate with your interior contractor to minimise disruption. Final alignment and touch-up done on-site.

What is the typical lead time for interior fabrication projects?
Most interior fabrication projects take 3-5 weeks from drawing approval to delivery. Simple items like steel table frames or wall-mounted shelving can be completed in 2 weeks. Larger projects — full reception counters, multi-unit kitchen fitouts — typically run 4-6 weeks depending on top surface material procurement and finishing complexity. We confirm the timeline in the quotation.
Do you work with interior designers and architects?
Yes, regularly. We work from your designer's drawings or develop shop drawings from their concept sketches. We coordinate material selections, finish samples, and site dimensions directly with the design team. We can also provide 3D renders of fabricated elements for design approval before production begins.
What material options are available for counter tops and surfaces?
Steel frames can be paired with a wide range of top surfaces: natural stone (granite, marble, quartz), engineered solid surface (Corian, HI-MACS), hardwood or plywood with veneer, toughened glass, or stainless steel sheet. We source and fit the top surface as part of the project, or coordinate with your stone/surface vendor for supply and installation.
How do you minimise disruption during installation in an operating space?
We pre-fabricate and pre-finish everything in our workshop. On-site work is limited to positioning, levelling, anchoring, and final connections. For operating businesses, we schedule installation during off-hours or in planned phases. Most single-unit installations (reception counter, bar counter) are completed in one day on-site.
Can you fabricate to custom sizes and non-standard dimensions?
Every piece we fabricate is custom. There are no standard sizes or off-the-shelf units. We design and build to your exact space dimensions, functional requirements, and aesthetic specifications. Curved forms, angled profiles, and asymmetric designs are all achievable — the shop drawing stage locks in every dimension before fabrication begins.
